Most orders ship out daily unless otherwise stated in the items description by the US post office or UPS ground.
Usually the US post office and UPS ground will deliver your package within 3 to 8 working days.
If you need the item quicker than by the post office or UPS ground give us a call and we will see what we can do.

Name plates, hang tags and dog collars with name plates usually ship out within 2 to 4 days.

Orders shipping to Canada, Japan and Australia.
You will be responsible for all duties and taxes charged at the time of importation by your country.
By Federal Law, we are required to follow all export laws with respect to declaration and customs documentation.
Once your order ships out you receive a email with your tracking number.

To see the shipping charge for your order, place the items in the shopping cart, put in your zip code,
select your shipping method and hit apply.
Our shipping charges are based on cost of the items ordered.
Most of our orders are sent out by the US Post office.
Some orders are sent out by FedEx Ground.
