The size Medium and size Large muzzles are available with or without a head strap.

The head strap is an extra strap that attaches to the top of the basket, goes between the dogs eyes and attaches to the neck strap.
The head strap will help keep the dog from pawing down the muzzle.
For correct muzzle size measure the dog's snout just above the tip of the nose, go all the way around.

X-Small fits small terriers, daschunds, small jacks etc with a muzzles circumference of 6 to 7 inches.
Small fits Jack Russell etc. with a muzzle circumference of 7 to 8 inches.
Medium fits most Pit Bulls, English Staffs etc. with a muzzle circumference of 8.5 to 9.5 inches.
Large fits Large Pit Bulls Rottweillers etc. with a muzzle circumference 10 to 11 inches.
