Use your own collar to hold this muzzle on.
The collar can be 3/4 or 1 inch wide.
For correct muzzle size, measure the circumference of your dog's snout about 1 inch below the dog's eyes. Order the muzzle that is about 3/4 to 1 inch bigger than the circumference of the dog's snout.
M178 Size 3 The circumference of the size 3 is 13 inches.
M178 Size 4 The circumference of the size 4 is 14 inches.
M178 Size 5 The circumference of the size 5 is 14.75 inches.
Your dog MUST have enough room to pant & open his mouth when the dog muzzle is on.
The leather muzzles circumference must be larger than your dogs snout measurement.
If your dogs snout is the exact same size as the dog muzzle, your dog will not be able to open his mouth to pant.
